Column names are identical in both formats. Unknown values are left empty rather than defaulted: « water unknown » and « no water » are not the same information.
Neither availability, which is collected from the operators and belongs to them, nor coordinates, whose licence depends on where they came from, nor contact details, which a bulk file would turn into a marketing list.
